Do I need to do labs before starting?
No. We'll assess during the Foundations session whether functional lab testing would be helpful. Many clients make significant progress with nutrition and lifestyle changes alone before considering labs.
Can I do sessions online?
Yes, all programs are available online worldwide or in-person in London. Online sessions are conducted via secure video call.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session with no penalty. For Transform, there's a 3-month commitment, but we offer payment plans if needed.
Do you provide meal plans?
I provide personalized nutrition frameworks and guidelines tailored to your needs, not rigid meal plans. The goal is to teach you how to make sustainable choices, not follow rules forever.
What results can I expect?
Most Transform clients report noticeable energy improvements within 2-4 weeks, with measurable changes in symptoms, weight, and lab markers by 8-12 weeks. Results vary based on starting point and consistency.
