Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these terms.
Bookings
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged at our discretion.
Fees & cancellations
Pricing is shown on our website or in writing and may change from time to time. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due at or before each session. We do not guarantee refunds once a session has been delivered.
Prices are in GBP and do not currently include VAT. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your session may be charged in full. Late arrivals may shorten the session and the full fee may still apply. Where packages are offered, sessions should normally be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Payments
We accept the payment methods stated at checkout. If a payment fails, access to the Services may be paused until resolved. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first to resolve before initiating a chargeback.
Consumer rights (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have a 14‑day cooling‑off period for distance contracts. If you ask us to begin providing Services within that period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the Services are fully performed, and that we may charge a proportionate amount for work completed up to the time of cancellation.
Use of services
You are responsible for providing accurate information and following agreed plans. We may update services and pricing from time to time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or any materials we provide, and not to infringe any third‑party rights or applicable laws while using our services.
Intellectual property
Content we provide (including plans, resources and materials) remains our intellectual property and is for your personal use only. You may not share, resell or publish it without written permission.
Third‑party services
We may link to or recommend third‑party services (e.g., labs, apps, products). These are optional and outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, performance or policies.
Technology
Remote sessions rely on third‑party networks and devices. You are responsible for ensuring a suitable device and stable connection. If a session is materially disrupted by connection issues, we will take reasonable steps to re‑arrange where practicable.
Disclaimer
Content is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before making changes to your diet, supplements, or lifestyle if you have medical conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session(s).
No guarantees
Coaching supports behaviour change and learning. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes or timelines, as these depend on many individual factors outside our control.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.
Notices & complaints
We may contact you by email using the address you provide. You may contact us at hello@ferylife.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including outages, strikes, pandemics, acts of government, or acts of nature). We will take reasonable steps to resume services as soon as practicable.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
Waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, fees owed, limitations of liability) shall survive termination.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with any written service agreement we enter into with you, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior discussions concerning the Services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
